    Alfalfa Microgreens, (AKA the energising one!) are nature's tiny powerhouses packed with vitamins, minerals, and protein to fuel your day. 

    Essential Vitamins and minerals include: A, B complex (including B12!), C, E, and K. Calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc.

    Plus Plant-Based Protein: A complete protein source containing all nine essential amino acids (rare for plants!).
