We’re a small business and send all our kits straight from our HQ in Wiltshire. You now have more delivery choices to suit your needs and budget:


Subscription Shipping: Always Free!

Free Delivery | 2nd Class: On orders over £50. Ships in 3-5 business days (M-F)

Free Delivery | 1st Class: On orders over £75. Ships in 2-3 business days (M-F)

Free Delivery | Express: On orders over £100. Ships next working day (M-F)

Standard 2nd Class: Ships in 3-5 business days (M-F) £4.95

Standard 1st Class: Ships in 2-3 business days (M-F) £5.95

Express & Tracked: Ships next working day (M-F) £7.95

Summer Holidays

We currently close every Summer between 18th July and 30th September, all new orders placed between these dates will be shipped the week commencing 1st October. All Subscriptions will be shipped as usual.

 

Last Orders for Pre-Christmas Deliveries

We experience high volumes of orders and Royal Mail tends to get delayed around this time of year so please allow up to 10 days over the busy festive period for deliveries.

Our cut off for shipping for Christmas is Friday 20th December.

 Up until Wednesday 18th December - Choose Royal Mail First Class 

Orders 19th & 20th December - choose express delivery.

Orders from 21st December will be dispatched from 28th December.

There will be no dispatched made on or between Monday 24th December 2025 to 28th December OR 31st December and 5th January.

Normal service will resume on Tuesday 6th January 2025.

 

 

Easter Deliveries

We take some time off over the Easter Break. All orders placed between 11th and 21st April will be shipped from 22nd April.

 


Returns & Refunds
It is possible that for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
The returned items must be unused and in their original new condition.  

If you would like to return your kit after use then please send all components that you have left within 28 days of your kit arriving with you. Your return would need to be fully tracked, and tracking details sent to us at hello@teenygreeny.co.uk including your reason for refund, order number and full name along with photos of each growing step you made to allow success when using our kit.

 
 
The Small Print

As a small business we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage so we ask you to send it back using tracked postage and keep proof of postage. Once a returned kit is back and checked over, refunds will be made within 1-3 days. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the kit to make sure it hasn’t been used and every step was taken to have complete growing success. If for any reason your return did not meet our standards, we would contact you directly via email. Just so you know - this has never happened, but we've got to put the small print somewhere.
