Broccoli
The superhero of the Microgreen world. Teeming with the antioxidant sulforaphane, so much so, that they have 50 times more than their fully-grown adult counterparts. They’re also a fabulous source of dietary fibre and protein, vitamins; A,B,C, E & K, and minerals calcium, iron magnesium, zinc and potassium. Not bad for a Teeny Greeny!
A delicate, earthy flavour with a hint of bitterness, these tiny greens are not only a powerhouse of nutrients but also add a burst of colour and taste to your dishes. Perfect for sprinkling over salads, soups, or sandwiches, they offer a subtle yet distinct enhancement that's as beneficial for your health as it is for your palate.
Mixed Radish
Deep breath now - radish Microgreens contain… vitamins A, B, C, E and K, alongside iron, magnesium and zinc. Then there’s phosphorus, potassium, and plenty of protein (30%). They’re also chock a block with calcium, carotene and chlorophyll, not to mention antioxidants and amino acids.
