Postage & Packaging

We aim to keep shipping as simple and affordable as possible:

Standard delivery £4.50 - sent via Royal Mail 48 

Express delivery £6.50 - sent via Royal Mail 24 (ships next day)

Free delivery on orders over £30

All orders are dispatched from our HQ in Wiltshire within 1-3 working days (Mon–Fri)


It is possible that for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
The returned items must be unused and in their original new condition.  
 

 

Refunds

If you would like to return your order after use then please send all components that you have left within 28 days of your order arriving with you. Your return would need to be fully tracked, and tracking details sent to us at hello@teenygreeny.co.uk including your reason for refund, order number and full name along with photos of each growing step you made to allow success when using our kit.


 
The Small Print

As a small business we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage so we ask you to send it back using tracked postage. Once a returned order is back and checked over, refunds will be made within 1-3 days. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the products to make sure they haven't been used and every step was taken to have complete growing success. If for any reason your return did not meet our standards, we would contact you directly via email. Just so you know - this has never happened, but we've got to put the small print somewhere.
