Teeny Greeny Ltd - Data Processing Complaints Policy

This policy explains what to do if you're unhappy with how Teeny Greeny Ltd has collected, used, or stored your personal data, and how we'll handle your complaint.

How to complain

If you have a concern about how your personal data has been handled, please contact us first, before raising the matter with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). You can do this by:

  • Emailing hello@teenygreeny.co.uk with the subject line "Data Complaint"; or
  • Writing to us at Teeny Greeny Ltd, 5 Nibbs Terrace, Holt, Wiltshire, BA14 6RX.

Please include as much detail as possible, including what data is involved, what happened, and what outcome you're looking for.

Who handles complaints

Data processing complaints are handled directly by Alice Boden, owner of Teeny Greeny Ltd and our appointed contact for data protection matters.

What happens next

  • We'll acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
  • We'll investigate and aim to provide a full response within 30 days.
  • If we need longer (for example, because the matter is complex), we'll let you know why and when to expect a response.
  • We'll explain our findings clearly, and what steps (if any) we're taking as a result.

If you're not satisfied with our response

If you remain unhappy after we've responded, or if you haven't heard from us within a reasonable time, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office:

  • Website: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint
  • Phone: 0303 123 1113

We'd always rather have the chance to put things right first, so please do reach out to us directly in the first instance.
