Broccoli - is the superhero of the Microgreen world. Teeming with the antioxidant sulforaphane, so much so, that they have 50 times more than their fully-grown adult counterparts. They’re also a fabulous source of dietary fibre and protein, vitamins; A,B,C, E & K, and minerals calcium, iron magnesium, zinc and potassium. Not bad for a Teeny Greeny!
Purple Radish - Deep breath now - purple radish Microgreens contain… vitamins A, B, C, E and K, alongside iron, magnesium and zinc. Then there’s phosphorus, potassium, and plenty of protein (30%). They’re also chock a block with calcium, carotene and chlorophyll, not to mention antioxidants and amino acids.
Rocket - is especially rich in vitamin K and calcium, making it a key ingredient for boosting bone health. High in antioxidants.
Pak Choi - a pale green Microgreen with a slightly sweet, robust flavour. Belonging to the cruciferous family of vegetables and first cultivated in China thousands of years ago, it is now available all over the world. An absolute power-house; containing vitamin C, E and beta-carotene. Unlike many other fruits and vegetables, Pak Choi contains a mineral selenium.
Tatsoi - the young seedlings of tatsoi mustard, super easy and fast to grow. This micro-leaf has a pleasant mild flavour, is incredibly healthy; delivering vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, plus minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium, and even iron. They are also a great source chlorophyll.
Red Cabbage - Tiny in size, utterly gargantuan in health and well-being benefits, our red cabbage Microgreens are jam packed with fibre and folate, manganese and magnesium. Then there’s the thiamine, iron, calcium and potassium, not forgetting the riboflavin and vitamin K. For those suffering from disorders such as leaky gut, Coeliac disease, Crohn's disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Ulcerative Colitis, the amino acid L-glutamine in red cabbage has some welcome news – it’s capable of helping to heal the soft tissue that lines your intestines.
Kale - offers a hefty portion of minerals. This is a leaf that is loaded with goodness. In just one cupful you can enjoy well over the adult recommended daily allowance of vitamins A, C and K, giving significant benefits for both brain and eye health.

Peas - Romans LOVED peas – they loved them so much, they grew over 37 varieties of them – that’s a whole lot of peas to chase with your fork! FULL of Protein and containing Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Calcium, Antioxidants, Beta carotene, Carotenoids–lutein & zeathanthin, Vitamin B9 (folic acid or folate).
Alfalfa - Alfalfa is known for its tolerance of drought, heat, and cold and for the remarkable productivity and quality of its herbage. The plant is also valued in soil improvement and is grown as a cover crop and as a green manure.Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Calcium, Antioxidants, Beta carotene, Carotenoids–lutein & zeathanthin, Vitamin K, Folate, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Magnesium, Iron, Copper.
Mizuna - also referred to as Japanese mustard greens, native to East Asia. Part of the Brassica genus, mizuna is related to other cruciferous vegetables, including broccoli, cauliflower, kale, and Brussels sprouts. There are a whopping 16 varieties of Mizuna, we have selected a beautiful red variety to give some contrast amongst our mainly “greeny” Microgreens! You’ll taste a light mustard peppery flavour, fresh and crisp to the taste buds, but is less spicy than rocket. Another nutrient dense Mighty Microgreen, being high antioxidants and several important vitamins — especially A, C, and K. It may bolster eye, bone, and immune health, among other benefits.
Nasturtium - Did you know that all parts of the nasturtium plant, except for the roots, can be eaten?! The colour nasturtium was among one of Impressionist painter, Claude Monet’s, favourite colours. These beauties contain Amino Acids, Beta-carotene, Fibre and Antioxidants, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorous, Potassium, Zinc, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, Vitamin C, E & K
