Broccoli - is the superhero of the Microgreen world. Teeming with the antioxidant sulforaphane, so much so, that they have 50 times more than their fully-grown adult counterparts. They’re also a fabulous source of dietary fibre and protein, vitamins; A,B,C, E & K, and minerals calcium, iron magnesium, zinc and potassium. Not bad for a Teeny Greeny!
Purple Radish - Deep breath now - purple radish Microgreens contain… vitamins A, B, C, E and K, alongside iron, magnesium and zinc. Then there’s phosphorus, potassium, and plenty of protein (30%).
